Step One: Discovery Call
During our in-depth consultation call (always free), I'll learn a lot about your travel style, as well as goals and parameters for this specific trip. If I think I'm a good fit, I'll share my planning fee and process for your trip.

Step Two: "First Look" Itinerary
Based on our discussions, I'll create an initial itinerary with pricing, and then get your feedback. No comment or revision is off-limits! Let's make it perfect.

Step 3: Book!
Most trips will require a deposit, followed by full payment nearer to travel. I'll have you authorize the payments, and I'll make all of the payments on your behalf so that you don't have to worry about tracking deadlines.

Step 4: Enjoy your trip!
After checking in with you pre-departure, you'll head out on your trip knowing that I've taken care of all of the details and am available should any issues arise.

FAQ
What are your fees?
My fees are scaled to the complexity of the trip and number of travelers. For custom multi-destination itineraries, my planning fee starts at $500. For cruises and resort vacations, my fee starts at $250.
What if I only want to book a hotel?
With dates and desired room type, I can book your luxury hotel stay (5*) at no cost, while sharing my Virtuoso or elite hotel program benefits.
Do you plan group trips?
I absolutely love groups! My fee for groups again depends on the complexity of the trip, but with some basic details for you, I'll provide a custom quote.
